Correct Rower Technique

  • Straight Back
  • Chest up
  • Eyes looking straight ahead
  • Knees inside arms
  • Elbows low and by side
  • Handle to stomach
  • Pull belly button in to increase ab activation




Correct Crosstrainer Technique

Note:
  • Back straight
  • Avoid too much up and down movement
  • Avoid too much side to side movement
  • Keep eyes looking ahead
  • Pull in belly button to increase ab activation




Correct Exercycle Technique

Note:

  • Back straight
  • Knees over toes
  • Slight bend in elbows
  • Slight bend in the knee when foot at bottom of pedal rotation
