Warranty Registration
Please fill in the form below to confirm your warranty. In the event of a warranty claim we will still require your receipt as proof of purchase.
This form is not compulsory but it does allow us to track your machines history and helps us to provide you with a speedy response. Providing you have completed this form then we guarantee to resolve any repair issue, nationwide, within 10 working days for a minimum of five years. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this speed of service if this form has not been completed.
New LA Fitness machines come with a one year parts and labour warranty and a five year parts warranty. Ex-Hire purchases come with a six month parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase.
